We had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent, and the hosts are truly outstanding—very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The service was great, and the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The interior courtyard is beautiful, filled with lots of plants, and is a perfect place to have a coffee and relax. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
I stayed here in mid November and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. First thing you notice when arriving is the beautiful courtyard with a pool in the middle, surrounded by green plants, contrasted by the red building beside it. (It looks as good as it does in the photos.) The pool is open to guests during the day before 8 pm. Breakfast is served in the courtyard overlooking the pool. When I was there, there were 3 options: chilaquiles, omelette, or eggs. This is paired with fruits and yogurt, bread, coffee, and orange juice. They are cooked in the kitchen, and taste delicious. The room, while a bit older and sparse, provides the basic necessities. The room was clean and had air conditioner. Two towels were provided (but I'm sure you can ask for more if needed), and two bottles of water are provided daily. There's no cups though, but this might be a good reminder to travelers to drink and brush their teeth with bottled water instead of tap water. Service was great. The owner/manager was attentive and spoke English. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location was great as well. While not directly beside the City Center, it's only a 10 minute walk, making it accessible while avoiding the busyness of the City Center. The area is patrolled by lots of police officers and I felt completely safe and comfortable walking in the area, even past midnight. One recommendation for guests: I suggest eating breakfast earlier in the morning before the day gets hot. You won't believe how much you'll enjoy the beautiful courtyard.
Stayed here with my family while visiting Merida. Lovely family owned hotel run by father and son who were super attentive and spoke English, Spanish, French, and probably more. Great location, breakfast, and service. Highly recommend!
This is an amazing place to stay. The owner and staff really took very good care of us making us feel very special. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Delicious coffe and breakfast. I really thanks Alejandro and Diego for their hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

Awesome Hotel in Mérida! Great breakfast, good service, nice air conditioned rooms and location was excellent as was the price and value. Almost impossible to find another hotel so close to Centro with a pool. Highly recommend!!
Found this hotel last minute due to an unexpected cancellation but very glad we stumbled upon it! The location is great, just 5/10 minutes walk from the main city center and a free parking spaces are available in the square in front of the hotel. The beautiful building is similar to a typical hacienda. Spacious room with a big shower and a little fridge. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful!
Truly awesome experience to stay at this hotel. We even wanted to change our plans and stay one more night. The place looks Mexican style and so nice, Mexican delicious breakfast and staff made our experience unforgettable! Thanks once again! We will come back!
